The Employee Performance Review
Overview session provides information on the how CIT's Performance Review
Process Works, how to get the most out of the discussion with your
supervisor and how the process ties-in with other important process such as
the Talent Review Meeting and the Salary Improvement Process. We will
also be discussing some changes to our approach to the review discussion
including:
- Information around the calibration of performance
ratings. As Polley noted in her Performance Review "kick-off" email,
we do not have caps on any ratings.
- A new focus on
building on employee strengths as a development strategy.

- An explanation of overall rating.
